Located in Ankara's steppes, the project includes three research buildings and a library as a part of a Scientific Research Center. Science arises from nature, and structures can be in touch with nature through courtyards. In the design, buildings embodied nature, and they also intervene by shaping and enhancing the existing natural elements. Courtyards connect one to another, so that enabled collaborative and interrelated design. A continuous courtyard pattern generates alive and developable organisms that can grow in the future. Biology is the science of life, and the smallest entity of life is the cell. As the cell's organization around a nucleus, around a courtyard, functions for a living are set.
