The project aims to design a small watch house that will provide a minimal living space for one person responsible for watching a particular setting. The unit comprises a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. It also needs to have an outdoor watching space of a minimum of 8m². The unit must be at least 3 meters above the ground level and is expected to provide a maximum of 60m³ of enclosed space in total. The maximum footprint of enclosed space on the entrance level is 10 m², whereas that area can exceed 30% at the upper level. The design is articulated around a central vertical circulation that enables 360° observation. There are three frames for the user's various spatial needs, and the roof of each unit serves open spaces for watching at different levels.
